Bloody hell, 2008? Scary how time flies! Anyway, please check my latest submission ( ) for a quick rundown on the haps with the Halves.

Blimey, it's been a long time since I checked back here. Much apologies for the lack of interesting stuff to show, folks. RL's been particularly busy as of late as A semester draws to a close and exams looming even closer. Hopefully I can get some doodles done once the exams finish (27th of June), and, God willing, post'em if they turn out alright.

As for the reason for the title, yes, my birthday is close, about 3 or 4 days depending on where you are in the world. (11th of June) Although I must admit I'm more scared than I am excited at the moment, since it'll mark the end of my teen years as I officially enter my 20's...

So yes, slightly scared, and also a lil bummed out, since due to the reason mentioned above I'll have to spend my birthday studying rather than doing fun stuff. So yes... bugger.

Anyhoo, I'm gonna dive back into my book pile now, and probably won't resurface for a while until exams finish or I run out of breath, so until then, take care folks!

Procrastination and immunity to all forms of outside motivation.

Eh... not really anything...

Small spoonful of Baily with every cup of coffee I drink.

Finally got back to drawing and got my first commission done.

Mostly rock and some power-metal, although I have an extremely diverse music interest so I pretty much listens to everything.

7. On the subject of music, what kind of music seems to have peaked your interest lately:
Mostly epic musics. E.g. Nightwish

8. How often do use Japanese phrases?
Never, since I'm not a Japanese nor do I have too much interest in the Japanese culture.

9. What do you plan on doing with your life:
Get a Masters degree and find a job with good pay while I finally get some God damn art education (probably study part-time as I work or something. X3)

10. A burning passion you have:
Eh... drawing, I suppose, I do play quite a lot of games but honestly it's more so because I'm bored rather than it being a passion.

11. Cutest couple you know here on DA!
Eh... I dunno any couples personally... so I suppose I can't really answer this one. But I heard Aakashi/AkuOreo and her BF are pretty awesome, so I'm just gonna stick to that.

12. Did you ever own a Neopets account, and if so what was your user name?
I actually didn't know anything about Neopets before I googled it up 10 minutes ago, so I guess that's a NO.

13. What do you think of when you look at a sunset?

14. What is one thing you have really been itching to do lately?
Getting back to do some OC with people.

15. What element would you consider yourself?
Hm... a little bit of everything perhaps(aren't we all?), but if I really must pick one I'd probably go with air... I have on several occasions been told that I have a really unstable, ever shifting personality, so I guess the wind element suits me well.

16. Something that has made you very sad/ nervous:
Hmmmmmmmmmm... Getting bad grades? I dunno, seems kinda shallow, but that's probably the only thing that'll bother me to a great extend. But yeah, I'm generally pretty care-free.

17. What is one thing you ALWAYS keep track of?

18. Favorite number EVER!!!!
11 I guess, I'm born on the 11th of June myself and I have several other family members who have 11s in their birthday. (like my brother, who was born on the 11th of November) So it's no surprise that 11 is considered to be our "lucky number"

19. Do you consider yourself to be a genius in any field?
Not really, I mean, I've been doing okay at most things I really try... but then again, isn't that the same for everyone?

20. A hobby you have that not everyone knows:
No one IRL knows that I draw let along what I draw, so I guess that counts. On the net wise I dun really have any. I dun have many secrets. n.n;;

21. The ideal age of a person is:
Somewhere between 18 to 27ish I suppose.

Small and messy, I like it this way, it's cozy. :3

24. What do you think of fangirls?
Rabid ones need to be put down, (or at least calm down) but honest I'm not too bothered by fangirls. Mostly because I stay well and clear away from their natural habitat. (forums, fan-art/fic sites… etc.)

Mmmmmmmeh.

26. Your ideal place to be...
Somewhere quiet where I'll not be disturbed by anything... like... yanno, a dark corner on the top floor of the library where nobody goes. (which happen to be where I drew most of my latest pics)

27. What is your favorite reality TV show?
I absolutely detest all reality TV with a burning passion. Although I once had a friend telling me that Iron Chef America is also a reality TV, if that's the case then here's your answer.

EDIT: Wow... it's almost TWO years since my very first deviation... o.o;;; (It's in the scraps)

Alrighty, I know it's kinda obvious to you guys that I'm on a hiatus since I haven't drawn ANYTHING since like... forever. RL has simply been too hectic for me to have any time to do... well... basically anything. And with the university now about to start, it would seem that this hiatus is going to last for yet another while. =/

Anyhoo, this semester is going to be a busy one, especially now that I've switched to a Biology/Chemistry double major degree. (Go me. ) With at least 28 hours worth of lecture, lab sessions, and tutorials per week, it's kinda doubtful whether if I'll ever have any time for doodling this semester. But feh, one must try I suppose.

So to those of you guys who're watching me but doesn't know me personally, I offer to you my most sincere apologies as right now it seems like this drawingless-ness is going to last for at least another half a year. And to those of you who talks to me regularly over IM prorgrams, this basically means that I'm going to disappear off the face of the Earth for a least the first week as I try to adjust to my new schedule, but I'll still try to log on regularly to keep in touch. So I'm not just gonna vanish without a trace. XD

Anyway, I'd like to apologize once again to y'all nice people who've been very supportive. I admit I'm pleasently surprised to find that many of my old drawings are still attracting a somewhat constant stream of faves and watches, some are even coming from peeps who're already watching me! (Though I suppose it's another way for them to tell me to GET OFF MY LAZY ASS AND GET SOMETHING DONE. XD) And I would like to offer my thanks to the lot of you, offering me support and encouragement through faves, watches, IMs, notes, and e-mails. It's helped me a great deal in terms of self-esteem. So a big big big big big thank you to ye all, and I hope to see y'all in the very near future. (hopefully with something to show. XD;; )
